Exchange Policy

goal. If your order isn’t quite what you expected, you receive a damaged piece, or have simply
changed your mind, we’re here to help you arrange an exchange that’s as smooth as possible.
1. Conditions for Exchange
- Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the day your home decor or artwork
item is delivered.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned with their original packaging and any tags or
certificates included.
- Custom or made-to-order artwork can only be exchanged if there is a quality defect or shipping
damage.
2. How to Arrange an Exchange
- Contact our support team at support@artwuw.store with your order number,
product details, and the reason for your exchange request.
- Let us know if your exchange is due to a wrong style, size, color, or if there’s an issue with
the product.
- Our team will respond with next steps and let you know if your decor or artwork item is eligible
for exchange.
3. Shipping for Exchanges
- If your decor or artwork arrives damaged, defective, or if there was a delivery error,
artwuw.store will provide a return shipping label or reimburse your shipping cost for the
exchange.
- If the exchange request is due to a preference in style, size, or color, the buyer is
responsible for return shipping costs.
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll ship your replacement within 3-5 business
days if it is in stock.
- If your requested replacement is unavailable, you may select another product or be issued store
credit from artwuw.store.
4. What to Do for Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong decor or artwork, please email support@artwuw.store
within 48 hours. We’ll resolve your issue quickly and at no additional cost.
5. Additional Details
- artwuw.store may reject an exchange for any decor or artwork item showing signs of use,
damage due to customer handling, or not in original condition.
- Any original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges for international orders, but please contact us for
help with your unique situation.
