  • Customized or personalized decor (such as made-to-order artwork or special commissions) are not eligible for return unless received damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
  • Items that show signs of use, customer damage, or altered original condition are not eligible for return.

2. Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your returned decor or artwork, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable except when an incorrect or defective product is received from artwuw.store.

3. Exchanges
